Terms of Service

Alfred Code is a cloud IDE with an AI agent that writes code, queries databases, searches the web, and performs development tasks under your direction. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.
• You must be at least 18 or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• The information you provide must be truthful and kept up to date.

You agree not to use Alfred Code to:

• Engage in illegal, fraudulent, or rights-infringing activity.
• Generate or distribute malware, spam, or abusive content.
• Attempt to compromise, overload, or circumvent the platform's security.
• Resell or abuse resources in a way that harms other users.

You retain all rights to the code and data you create or submit. You grant us only the license necessary to host, process, and display that content for the purpose of operating the service and carrying out the tasks you request.

Alfred may use AI model providers and other third-party services. When you connect your own API keys ("BYOK"), your use of those providers is subject to their terms, and you are responsible for the associated costs.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. Prices and features for each plan are shown in the product. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the period already paid.

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. The AI agent may produce inaccurate results; always review code and actions before relying on them in production.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alfred Code is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access in the event of a violation of these Terms or a risk to the platform.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will communicate significant changes, and continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Questions? [email protected].
