• Account: name, email, and profile picture provided when you authenticate (including via Google sign-in), used only to identify you and grant access to the product.
• Project content: code, files, prompts, and data you create or send to your sessions.
• Credentials: API keys and tokens you connect (e.g. model providers), stored encrypted.
• Technical usage: logs, IP address, device type, and usage events, for security and to improve the service.

• Operate, maintain, and improve Alfred Code.
• Authenticate you and protect your account from unauthorized access.
• Carry out the tasks you ask the agent to perform (edit code, query databases, search the web).
• Process payments and manage subscriptions.
• Comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or abuse.

When you sign in with Google, we only receive the basic profile information (name, email, and picture) needed to create and access your account. We do not request access to your emails, files, or contacts. Alfred Code's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not sell your data. We share information only with providers that make the service possible — such as cloud infrastructure, payment processors, and the AI model providers you choose to use — and only as needed to carry out your requests. We may also disclose data when required by law.

Your data is stored on secure servers, with credentials encrypted and access restricted. We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your information, although no system is completely immune to risk.

You can access, correct, or delete your account and associated data at any time. To request deletion of your data or exercise other rights, email [email protected].

We may update this policy from time to time. We will communicate significant changes in the product or by email, and the "last updated" date above will be revised.
